Squad Runner: Army Rush privacy policy

Effective from 24 October 2026.

This policy explains what data is processed when you play Squad Runner: Army Rush (the "game") on iOS and Android, who processes it, why, and what rights you have. There is a section about this website at the end. If there is any difference between this translation and the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Data controller

  • Controller: Marc Gómez Asensio, who publishes his games under the trade name Jammed Trigger.
  • Privacy contact email: privacidad@jammedtrigger.com

2. Summary

  • No account. We don't ask for your name, email or any other data to play.
  • Your progress is saved only on your device. We have no game servers and we don't receive your progress.
  • The game shows Google AdMob ads. To show them, Google processes some device data. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent first; on iPhone, the system also asks whether you allow tracking.
  • Purchases are charged by Apple or Google. We never see your payment details.

3. Data stored on your device

The game stores the following in your device's memory, without sending it anywhere:

  • your progress: level, stars, coins and purchased upgrades;
  • the time of your last game, to calculate the coins you earn while away;
  • your settings: music, sound effects and vibration;
  • ad and purchase counters: how many rewarded ads you've watched today, when you watched the last one and which purchases are active (for example, "Remove ads"), to apply daily limits and deliver what you bought.

This data never reaches us and does not identify you. It is deleted when you uninstall the game. If you uninstall the game, you lose your progress; permanent purchases can be recovered with "Restore purchases".

4. Ads (Google AdMob)

The game shows rewarded ads (always optional) and some full-screen ads between games, served by Google AdMob, from Google Ireland Limited (for users in the EEA and Switzerland) or Google LLC (rest of the world).

What data Google processes to show ads

  • device identifiers: the advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, if you allow it, or the Android advertising ID) and other app and device identifiers;
  • the IP address, from which an approximate location (country or city) is inferred, never your precise location;
  • technical information: device model, operating system, language and connection data;
  • interaction with ads: which ads are shown and whether you tap them or watch them to the end;
  • diagnostics and performance data from the ads SDK (for example, errors).

Why

To show ads, limit how often you see each one, measure their results, prevent fraud and, if you consent, show you personalised ads.

Your consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

The first time you open the game you'll see a Google form (User Messaging Platform) where you can accept, refuse or choose what your data is used for. If you don't consent to personalised ads, you can still see non-personalised ads, which also use some data (for example, to limit repetition and prevent fraud). You can change your choice at any time in the game's Settings > Privacy and ads (in Spanish: Ajustes > Privacidad y anuncios).

Tracking on iPhone (App Tracking Transparency)

On iOS, the system asks whether you allow the game to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. If you say no, the game does not access the IDFA and ads are not personalised with it. You can change this in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Android

You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Google settings.

How Google uses data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

If you buy "Remove ads", full-screen ads stop. Rewarded ads remain available, only if you choose to watch them.

5. In-game purchases

Purchases (coins, the starter offer and "Remove ads") are paid through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google), under their own terms and privacy policies. We don't receive or store your payment details or your identity: we only receive the store's confirmation that the purchase was made, so we can deliver it on your device.

  • Personalised ads and access to the advertising identifier: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Non-personalised ads, measurement and fraud prevention: our legitimate interest in funding a free game and preventing abuse, or your consent where the law requires it to access device data.
  • Purchases: performance of the purchase contract.
  • Data stored on your device: needed for the game to work, and it never leaves your device.

7. Who data is shared with

Only with Google (AdMob), as the ad provider, and with Apple or Google when you make a purchase. We don't sell your data. Google may process data outside the EEA (for example, in the United States) under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

8. How long data is kept

Device data, until you uninstall the game. Ad data is kept by Google under its own policy. We don't keep any of your data.

9. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children under that age. In Spain, the age to give consent on your own is 14: if you are younger, ask your parent or guardian to decide with you. If you believe a child has sent us data, write to us and we'll sort it out.

10. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to privacidad@jammedtrigger.com. As we have no accounts or game servers, we normally hold no data that can identify you; for ad data we'll help you exercise your rights with Google, and you can also do so directly at myaccount.google.com or in your device settings.

If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the authority in your country.

11. This website

jammedtrigger.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers, and loads nothing from other sites: no external fonts, scripts or videos. That's why there's no cookie banner. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.); like any web server, Cloudflare receives your IP address and the technical data of the request in order to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. We don't use that data to profile you or to show you ads.

12. Changes

If we change this policy (for example, when adding a new service), we'll publish the new version on this page with its date and, if the change is significant, we'll let you know in the game.
